9Floors is a housing society and apartment management platform built for Indian communities. It brings maintenance billing, resident records, visitor approvals, parking, complaints, notices, amenities, elections, meetings, classifieds, group deals and WhatsApp communication into one secure workspace.

Housing societies, resident welfare associations, apartment associations, gated communities, standalone apartments and townships can use 9Floors. Society administrators invite owners, tenants, family members, committee members and security staff with role-based access.

A representative creates a 9Floors account, registers the society, accepts the platform terms, adds blocks and units, completes their administrator profile and invites residents. The person registering the society becomes its founding society administrator.

Yes. A user can be linked to one or more units in the same society or in different societies. The workspace selector keeps each society and unit context separate so permissions and records do not carry across communities.

The society administrator sends a secure invitation linked to the society and, when required, a specific unit. The owner, tenant or family member signs in, selects or confirms the unit, enters their details, accepts the terms and submits the request for administrator approval.

Yes. Societies can manage recurring or one-time maintenance bills, partial payments and receipts. They can also collect for repairs, festivals, community activities and other approved purposes using flexible collection records and payment rules.

Eligible society payments can be processed through Razorpay. 9Floors records the payment against the correct society, unit and bill, prevents duplicate payment processing and provides a receipt. The society remains responsible for its collection rules and approvals.

Each enabled society is assigned its own WhatsApp automation number and isolated Crazings API channel through Agastya Automation Hub. Residents can receive consented notifications and use supported commands. One society's messages cannot use another society's sender route.

Yes. Residents can approve or reject expected visitors, while authorised security staff can manage entry and exit events. Security roles can access visitor and parking workflows without receiving access to society finances.

Yes. Administrators can create elections, define candidates and eligible voters, open and close voting and publish results. Votes are bound to authenticated eligible residents, and ties are reported without selecting an arbitrary winner.

No. Dashboards, resident information, payments, complaints, visitors, parking and administrative pages are authenticated and marked not to be indexed. Only public product, FAQ and legal information is intended for search discovery.
